Gixxer (Like that handle)-I'd have to
agree with ZW on this. I forgot my insulin (which isn't a controlled
substance,
but can, at times, mean the difference between life and death, for a
diabetic)-during a visit
to another STATE-not even outside the
country! After a bunch of calls, I was
able to get it-but without my insurance discount! I can just imagine
what it would be, country-to_country. I do have a friend who traveled to
New Zealand, and Australia, but he wasn't taking ant prescription
meds at the time. I'd call him, otherwise.

Three weeks isn't that long. So, pack up the meds you'll need, make sure
they're labelled carefully-at least there's no language barrier-and look
forward to enjoying your holiday.

If you're going to the
New York Metropolitan area, feel
free to email me for suggestions and/or directions. it's a great place
to
visit-but even veteran New Yorkers can be detained for an hour or more,
without a good itinerary carefully mapped out.

In any case, enjoy!
