Re: Good God, What Happened to this Group?

Dear Codeee and OG,
thank you both for your kind words. You've actually responded in a way
that undermines my whole bitch and moan argument. I know what I've been
doing and that I've fallen into the habit of reading responses to my posts.
They tend to be about non medical issues and that just draws fire. Then I
bitch because I assume there are no other threads available! What an idiot
I've been. Of course all I hear is the downside. Garbage in garbage out.
It sure helped to hear from you two and be reminded that there is support in
the group, if that's what you're looking for. And I've been too caught up on
the very threads I condemn and, in some cases, have started.
This is the same kind of behavior that drives people to read the tabs and
ignore the legitimate press. It gives a skewed view of the issues one reads.
Even if some of it may be true, most of it is not important enough to waste
your time on. The tabs have bat babies and ASC-P anger threads have trolls,
sock puppets and people who just had a hard day at work and want to vent at
someone.
None of it really helps the central issue of getting help with ones' CP and
attendant difficulties of family, money or just needing to talk.
Thanks for the wake up call!

Cabbi
