i'm not an expert on this, but from conversations with others, i would
say not usual, but not unheard of. as i understand it, it would most
likely be 'referred' tension from diff. body positions and more resemble
rsi - in other words, you are possibly holding your torso including
shoulders in a strained position and this would cause you to alter you
arm/hand usage. but this is only speculation.
