Actiq is a foolish way to get opioids into your system, because it is
exactly like putting the pills under your lip and it causes obvious
dental pathology, but go right ahead and get on "the sweet tooth
movement". If your MSIR works well you could always go to 30mg, or put
it under your lip instead of swallowing. Much less expensive too! The
dentist at the jail asked me to look at a couple of actiq users teeth.
They literally made me wince, no fooling! Apparently, they didn't want
to brush their collective teeth, because they thought that it would
kill the actiq. Don't dispare, between the two prisoners they did have
a full set of choppers.
