If all we do is focus on the differences we are bound to constantly
fight of that there is no doubt. Of course it is our differences that
makes us different and worthy of knowing & learning from on the good
things & the bad. Some things we may add to our bag of tricks and
others we may discard (hopefully the bad).

There is absolutely nothing wrong with having differing views. It is
what makes for interesting conversations. If we were all alike the
world would indeed be a boring place.
