morphine vs fentyl patch?

my dr says they'tr the same things but in different forms

I don't agree my morphine is taken every 8 hrs, the patch is every 3
days
what abt an hour for morhine kick in then it strtas faze out after abt
7 hrs (guessing here)

I do know the patch won't supply immediate relief and that often you
may have break through pain and need meds for that

any know of site that might compare the difference

I was 15 mgs 3x, now I'm on 30 mgs 2x and I'm so doped up but 15 mgs
doesn't do it


what do you all think abt morphine and fentyl patch
