I can't sit in a regular seat either,, or if I'm forced to I'll be
layed up in bed for several days after. I do have a wheelchair cushion
with the tail bone area not as high as the rest of it.. It's not
perfect but it does help. PS that cushion costs more than $500.good
luck.
