'Tis my impression that they have Cheerfully, Cheerfully closed
many a case in this fashion over the years.

In fact, I wish I hadda nickel for every person who:

Paid beau coup $ into SS
Filed a claim
Was devoured by The Worm or The Flame without collecting a penny

Perhaps the nickels would add up, I could afford a nice little summer
home (like maybe the entire state of Rhode Island). :-)
