I should'nt think state police would have to suddenly become federal
agents;California hasn't officially repealed it's medical marijuana laws
yet-at least I don't think so-although the feds are all over, closing
dispensing stations, making busts, etc. It's crazy-medical marijuana laws
can be made by the states, but the feds don't have to stop enforcing their
laws-whch are usually uphelp in court (Peter McWilliams, who had AIDs,
used MM to stop his nausea, so his aids meds could be digested. He wasn't
even allowed to mention the fact that he had AIDs, or that the MJ was used
medically, at his trial, and was subsequently conviicted. He was confined
to house arrest, rather than jail, out of "compassion",but couldn't get any
more pot. and ended up dying from inability to ingest the meds he
needed).
With these contradictory laws, we may end up with another Civil war-not
likely, but possible:-)
As to the doctors who'd prescribe that you smoke while you drive, anyone
have any names?
