Re: Sciatica?



Until you get a definite diagnosis take it easier. Try not to do
anything to jar the leg or bum muscles. Do sleep with a pillow between yer
knees if you're going to sleep on your side. Don't sleep on a hard floor.

Monitor yourself and see if your symptoms improve. If it could be disk
damage or muscle damage, see a Rhematologist. If it's still a burning,
stinging pain see a Neurologist. Try and see if heat works. If not, ice.
Heat works for my sciatica, as does Neurontin....ice works better for
others.

And above all, avoid all morons who think it's ok jump upon and injure
others! I hope.
