I have to agree here...at 45 ..having a baby by any means...is stressful
enuf....take into consideration your mental state..ie depression,,suicidal
ideation,,etc...and I would hope no fertility specialist would even
considere you ....the good ones do thorough psychosocial evals prior
to...and sorry..but you are not an ideal candidate..

also...there ARE older kids available for adoption..even in the US...you may
want to look into that possibility

good luck..and again..having a baby..however it has to be achieved..is
likely to throw you into the deep water...and then you will have the life of
an infant on your plate as well..
