I'm a still's, and the rash is nothing like what you describe,

while eczema or shingles are possible,

if these start out very small, fluid filled, then there is a likely candidate for the symptoms - they can be very few and mild, or extensive and severe, take a look at:

the pictures in this link are for the more severe expression, often times it is much, much milder.

if the bumps are 'under' the skin, and kind of solid feeling, then this is more likely to be part of the connective tissue issues that some of us get with an auto-immune syndrome - think of them as cousins to rhuem. nodules, but not as pronounced.

I get these small bumps on my fingers prior to a Fibro flare and we seem
to have looked at so many photos that we think it might be shingles on my
fingers the bumps are very very painful and last about 1-2 weeks and then
go away I have shown them to many Drs and pretty much they say they have
never seen anything like it and don't know what they might be. And
reference the Herpes virus I have always had lots of problems with cold
sores and canker sores. My OB Dr. even started me on Valtrex because of me
having Herpes gingivitis as a child because I could have easily passed it
onto DJ if I had any sores during his birth.<<
