hon, is it possible that you haven't quite acclimated to your new area of
the state yet? butch once told me that different parts of michigan have
varying weather patterns.
well, i'm glad you like florida. i couldn't stand the heat and humidity
in
tampa while visiting my folks (in the '80s). there was a brief rainstorm
(literally a deluge) everyday at precisely 2pm -- as if it hadn't been
humid
enough. dang! i thought i was going to melt.
our weather here in washington has been really whacky this whole season
for
my area of the state (federal way is considered the banana belt of
washington state, very moderate temps., actually most like san francisco
weather, usually). but, it's been too cold for summer, then killer heat,
then rain and humidity and then it cooled down and dried up and we had
some
lovely gentle breezes. and now, we are expecting another heat wave. my
bod
is screaming at me and nothing wants to help. that's why i'm up at
quarter
to 3am, trying to distract myself from feeling it.

((((((((((((SJ)))))))))))))) It's been such a strange summer all around
the
states. We've been cooler than usual, which was good for me while it
lasted.
But when it warmed up, the humidity soared also and chaos happened in my
body. And it's been one front after another here. We're looking at a
couple of good days ahead and we're off to play in Grand Rapids. But
there's
another front coming at the end of the week, followed by yet another a
couple
of days later! I wouldn't mind the warmer days if we hadn't had humidity
to
go wth them all this summer.
Man, in Florida you have to worry about hurricanes in the summer but at
least
it's not this two or three fronts each week. These joint pain of
unsettled
weather has affected which i consider worse to live with!
