Miss you too - and thanks. Things will work out I am sure. Sorry about the hip back thing. Vacuuming is one of those things people with any hip/back things really shouldn't do - not sure who should but.... Give it rest, ice, heat whatever it takes and see if that helps a little. Glad to hear though that the fusion worked quite well. Always a positive note.

I've not had time with live getting in my way to stop in and say
'HI' to everyone here. I took a wee bit to catch up with what's
been going on... Kelly I'm sorry about your marriage and Nann,
my sincere condolences on your mother's passing away. And to
the rest of you, I'm sorry that you are having any pain days at all.

For me, I'm doing semi-okay now that my fusion has healed all
the way. I actually had a good 4 months lol without pain being
over a 2. I was able to stop the long acting Morphine and knock
down my IR in half, then go figure I was doing just normal daily
chores around the house, and the damn vacuum got me! Got that
twing in my left buttock/hip area and while it's not as bad as it was
prior to the fusion, I'm back being limited with Life.

Well going to sign off for a bit, having to work on hubbys computer
and getting another ready to sell because I updated all of the systems
in the house now is taking up my time. But I'll try to check back in
more often. Miss you all...
