Re: A little help??

Whatever the outcome, I hope it is the best for all concerned. Whether
that is together or apart, time will tell. Sometimes I think we just
know when it time to move on.

I am not the best one to give advice. I have existed on lean cuisines
for a long time. lately though I have been cooking more and eating
more and that is not good either.

before I started relying on lean cuisines I would just do something
simple like cooking a chicken breast or a low fat cut of meat and
having pre-packaged salads. I like to throw frozen veg into the
microwave with a little becel and pepper and it is really good. the
becel is watery enough that it makes up for not adding water.

Check the labels on frozen prepared meats like chicken strips,
breasts, fish, and etc. sometimes you can get heat and serve varieties
without added sodium. there are individually frozen salmon fillets
that are quite good. The same company makes salmon kebabs.

I tend to rely on things that are convenient and do not require much
time. I have never been to M&M meats, but they may have something, or
costco.
