Glad the day ended well after such a bad start. I hate it when someone
parks too close (I have to wait as I need the open door to leverage myself
in.) I sure don't climb over consoles with this hip so I sympathize.

The gift basket sounds so good - they make lovely products.

Well, I got out of here today, but while the roads were OK, the parking
lot at Fred Meyer was a horror! I couldn't get a disabled parking space
so I had to get into a regular one. Then when I came out of the store,
some idiot had parked so close to me on the driver's side that there was
no one that Dundee would have been able to get into my car, much less me!
I was so ticked! So I got in on the passenger side and had to jump over
the console to get to the driver's side (not an easy task for a 57 year
old woman with OA, CHF, and carpel tunnel in my arm)...I also uttered a
few "chosen" words while doing it at the twit who had parked next to me.
Then I had to back up VERY carefully as I was parked on ice and I was so
afraid that I was going to hit their car. But I finally got out of there.

Then I came home and there was a big box at my door. I couldn't figure
out what it could be as I knew I hadn't ordered anything. I looked at the
box and it was from Harry and David. And while it had my address on it,
it had someone else's name. So I called Harry and David and told them
about the error, and the lady was really nice. She said they would call
the customer who had placed the order and find out if they had another
address for the recipient. Then she said I could keep what was in the box
and she wished me Happy Holidays :)

So I opened the box and there was a gorgeouos gift basket with gourmet
fruit (apples and pears), cheese, summer sausage, nuts, moose munch snack
mix, and a little jar of honey mustard, along with a very beautiful silk
rose. The basket was beautiful and I'm going to find a special place to
put it :)))

So my day ended up being good :)))
