Go for it! There's nothing like getting accustomed to exercising
so you
miss it when you can't. It keeps you coming back, which we need
when
fighting this DD.
I so envy anyone who can get to that point.
We belonged to a health club many years ago, courtesy of Charlie's
boss. So I made up my mind I would work out consistently enough and
long enough to get to that point. I kept it up, four to five days
a week for six months. Built up some strength, but other than that
and sore muscles and a persistent mild case of athletes foot,
nothing. I never once looked forward to going, or missed it for a
second.

It just proves how different people are and how people do the same
things with different results and outcomes. When I had that rash
on my lower back which ended up being a reaction to Remicade,,,,
caused me to try to find where the rash came from. One of the
first things to go was going to the health club. As clean as they
are,,, with all the protections that are practiced each day,,, it is
still where you get many different things from contact with water,
floor, soap, on and on and on....... I have missed it all soooo
much. The good feeling of well being after a good workout,,,,,,
the over all strength a person has which allows a person to do so
many things. The problem I have with my lower back today is from
having stomach muscles that are too weak to balance what the spine
does when there is activity going on.
So it goes.

I never ever once got that. Guess I'm just not designed that way.
I can increase my strength and endurance with exercise. But it never
makes be feel good otherwise.
