For flares that just seem to linger on, perhaps a pred burst would be of
some help to you. Also, some ice or heat or what ever works best for
you, and some rest.

As far as the exercise routine, I wonder if maybe you start back by just
doing one or two 5 minute routines and then work it up to more time as
you get to feeling better and your body allows.

Sure hope you get to feeling better real soon!
