it has been frustrating and I wish just once and finally they would get to
the bottom of this and get the answer and figure out what the heck to do
about it. I am so tired of this as many of us are.

yeah I started to make a list before you posted this and I had to laugh when
I saw this as you know me all too well. ;-)

oh, jo, my heart goes out to you. how frustrating and overwhelming.
you've gotten lots of excellent advice here. maybe it would be good to
go through all the posts and make a list of everything that was said--
agencies, who to call, etc--so you can tick things off as you try each
suggestion.

please don't disappear, jo. you need us more than ever right now, and
we definitely need you.

you're a prime example of why health care needs major reform in this
country. i hope everyone will think of you on november 4th.
