Hi All,,,,,, I am asking for prayers for the people on the gulf
coast. Its coming and its big and strong. They are making all the
right moves. People that can not help themselves are being helped,
picked up, moved to safety. People inside Houston are asked to
stay where they are and the coast is being moved first, now,,, the
next area starts after noon today.
There are fleets of busses in staging areas. The National Guard is
also in staging areas. They say a 15 foot wall of water is
coming.
It is part of living in the gulf coast area. I do not have to
worry about 4,5,6 feet of snow in the winter and I am paying the
price for that along with millions of other people. LOL,,, the
small of my back went out moving the generator on to the back porch
deck but it had to be done and my wife proved how strong she is.
:-) A big WE got it done. Bless you all and I may or may not be
able to talk to any of you for awhile after tomorrow.

Hope it all goes well enough for you.

My niece and her neighbors were without power and had limited gasoline
after the storm that hit Miami just after Katrina.

They pretty much had a two week block party. Took turns running their
generators, took turns firing up their grills, and board games made a
major comeback.

Not saying it was all fun and games, But they all got through it
fairly well.

Hope you don't have to do much more than light some candles and talk a
bit.
