Re: histoplasmosis w/RA meds

Last fall I had a really bad cold and we happened to be going through
Mayo's. They did a culture and I had a lung fungus called pseudomonis
aeruginosa (sp?). My brother-in-law came close to dying last fall and they
thought he had lung cancer but it was histo. Finally a doc asked if he'd
been digging in the dirt. He farms, hunts, etc., and said he was always in
the dirt. He'd taken down a big rotten tree that was just dripping inside
and they figure that's how he got it.
