Heat!!!!

So California is hot today.. it says we are supposed to be at 103 today but considering it's 10:43 am and it's already 88 outside.. my guess is more like 106 highest 109.. I'm definitely glad I'm not at home today.. I'm backwards when it comes to arthritis the heat kills me and the cold soothes me..

On another note my shoulder popped this morning and now my trapezius muscle is in a HUGE fit.. dang does it hurt like the dickens!
