Interesting! My daughter broke mine. I was picking her up out of the playpen
and she threw her head back at just the right (wrong) time. My nose snapped
down and back up in perfect alignment. I went to the doc and he said only in
an xray could they see the break. They didn't even tape it. Just said don't
do anything for several weeks so it will heal right where it is. LOL

My youngest son, husband of the woman who had the knee surgery two weeks
ago, is having sugery on his nose this morning. Sorry I didn't get this
in
earlier - things have been a bit complex this week (nobody has weeks like
that, right? LOL). Anyhow, he has a deviated septum and told me they
would
have to fix two different spots. I will bring you all up to date, when I

my son broke my nose throwing his head back into my face when he was 8
mos.
old and sitting on my lap facing away from me. didn't find out it had
been
broken until i was 55. so, i had a deviated septum and other things that
needed fixing and had my ent surgeon fix them. just remind him to
constantly flush his nose, more than suggested, when his surgeon tells him
to begin doing that. that'll make a world of difference in how fast it
heals for him.
