I had been taught in the academy that anything over 0.30 was
considered "fatal." And I had my share of borderline 0.27 to
0.29 - mostly females for an unknown reason - to deal with.

That guy in Rhode Island should be in a coffin today, but instead
he was in court pleading "not guilty" to DUI charges. I believe
he was busted after hitting a billboard on I-95.
