Things are not going well at all.

I was making some progress, but as of late yesterday things are going in reverse.

I've gone from decreasing pain to pretty severe pain. I've gone from using crutches less and less (about 10%) to needing them again.

I hope this surgery doesn't turn out to be a disaster.

It's just very depressing at the moment.

That's not good, but it's only been a couple of days, right? Feel free to call the doc and complain if it isn't going according to prediction, but take it easy and don't push it too much and see how it goes. Maybe you just did a little too much too soon or something.
