How are you doing? Have you recovered yet from your trip?
Heard yesterday from my RD's office and I will be just about a week
behind you with my next round of rituxan. I will have my IVIG on july
21 & 22, then will go for the rituxan on july 24 and august 4. The
immunologist said it was ok to do the two infusions so closely together.
Since I end up getting sick from the IVIG and then couple that with the
side effects from the rituxan, I am planning on having a couple of
rather unpleasant weeks following all of the infusions, but know in the
long run the rituxan will make me feel better and hopefully will calm
the rather nasty flare I seem to be in.
So, will say some prayers that all goes well with your next round of
infusions and know that I will be following on your heals with my next
round!!!
Hope you're doing better and that you and hubby are able to enjoy the
long holiday weekend together!!!
