I have also found that to be true. When I told my PCP that I couldn't
afford all the tests she wanted me to have, she looked at me like I had 6
heads. I've been trying to find a dentist who will do the work I need for
either what the insurance pays or allow me to make payments and I've been
told no, I have to pay up front. I don't know why I'm scrimping to pay for
Delta Dental since I can't find anyone who will work with me. So it's been
a lot of money laid out for nothing.
