not be charged for them fixing what their employee-at-the-time mesed up!

This reminds me of he time I mentioned to my computer geek brother thatwhile
I've managed to fix a variety of stuff on our computers, i hate not knowing
whta I'm doing and just stumbling around for answers. He told me omst
computer folks only know a bit more and find their solutions the same way I
am.
