I sure would love to - but! - the electrician is going to replace my circuit
breaker box and the power is going to be off for six hours. High predicted
to be 90. I have Occupational Therapy first thing in the morning, so will
miss about two hours or so of it. Then, nice big book and out to the
screened in porch!

I only have black sandals, but wait a minute, I do have...............will
tell on Wednesday! Sounds like fun.

gracie kind of way) or do non-sensical stuff.

just to give you some ideas about how to celebrate our own official
holiday -- wear one brown leather shoe and one sneaker, or if you know
you
have company coming over -- dress the back of a chair with t-shirt, shirt,
tie and sportscoat; write an email to a friend or family member where the
words are alternately switched (like: this an is where email words
switched
are. i we think need day a be to goofy just.); gift-wrap some garbage you
were going to throw out and leave it on top of your garbage can; buy some
easy to wash out hair color spray make your hair look like a spring
flower;
sprinkle a tiny bit of glitter on the shoulder of everyone you talk to and
tell them it's an ancient tailor's blessing, but your forgot the old man's
name; answer all your kids' questions for the day with, "you think so?";
hide all your dh's underwear, leaving just one clean pair of briefs in his
drawer that you've used a sharpie to draw pictures on or to leave a
mysterious message on; collect a huge bouquet of fresh leafy twigs (no
flowers) and present the leaf bouquet to your wife with great pomp and
solemnity (put on some music and spray the air with cologne or burn
incense,
make her sit down and be in the moment for it); give a large onion to
your
kid as a present and include a sweet note. the possibilities are
endless.
