You can get water on the flight ( or on any flight I have heard of).

Thanks, Kelly. I don't eat a lot of stuff now, so I thought I'd pack some
fresh fruit and cheese to take on board. All they offer on American is
sandwiches with deli meats, etc. and I just don't eat that stuff anymore.
I figured I'd have to buy water after going through security. I'm assuming
I can still get water on the flight, or do they make you pay for that too?
I have to take meds during the flight so I'll need water.
