Re: 2008 continues to suck!

My sympathy to you, Gary. In the past four years or so, I've gone through
four surgeries for implants, most of which involved extractions. I should
be getting this last one done this summer. Of course, my dental insurance
company, like lots of them (check it out with yours), will be covering
implants starting in October. Guess my timing is off. You are very
fortunate that they can do it with a partial. We'll be thinking of you.
Hope they can fix it quickly and easily.

Or is it just me? Stopped down to the Lodge yesterday. They had fresh
popcorn out for the patrons, still warm.
Looked at that and said "nope, ain't gonna do it." The lady next to was
munching so I couldn't move it away. I swear the stuff knew my name and
kept calling me! Nope, ain't gonna do it. Well, I finally gave in. The
stuff just wouldn't leave me be. Ok, two little kernels. That's it. Chew
on the right side only. You know that tooth on the left is bad. I chewed,
right side only. Didn't matter any. Bad tooth split right in half!
Vertically. Another trip to the dentist tomorrow as it will have to come
out. Will need a new partial built. This is going to be expensive I
imagine. The way this year has gone so far I'm almost afraid to get those
lumbar steroid shots on Wed.
