Yes - they're sorry I feel that I received poor treatment. Not that I got
poor treatment, but that I feel that way. They won't give me a written
apology because that would be admitting guilt and would open them to a law
suit. I've decided there's nothing more to be done - nor do I wish to push
the issue. I'm tired of the whole thing. The doctor was a little perturbed
but not enough to make a stink about it. So I guess that is a closed chapter
in my ongoing saga. LOL

Yippeeeeeeeee!!! Glad to hear you got good news and that the
progress/healing process is going so well. May it continue in that
direction!
Have you heard anything back yet from the hosptial on the complaint you
lodged?
