Yes, but what I get is higher than most get out here in WA since it's based on the salaries I was making in NYC. It's good for me as I can live on it (not high on the hog, mind you), but at least I can turn the heat on.

Every time I call to apply for a program, I get told that I make too much money on SSDI. Since I'm single and get more than $1000 a month, I qualify for dingleberry.

Yea, the only problem is that I'm 57, so unless there is a miracle with it, it ain't gonna happen now, LOL!
