Hey Kelly and Janers.
Do you also have arthritis in your feet. I was wondering because ice and my
feet are not good for each other. I have tried the ice for the plantar stuff
and it gives me more pain. So I was wondering how you do it without the
extra pain.

I have had and do have similiar pain too. I had plantar fascititis surgery
last year as well as
tendonitis of the ankle that was debreeded of the inflammation. It has
now setttle down but I still
get stiffness and it has been a year but at least less pain.
Now fighting spur in my right foot along with that pain, so they think it
is the same thing in the
other foot. THANK you for that :) but injections take down the
inflammation.
all the ideas they gave you are good ones. Another is take a water bottle
and remove about 1/4 of
the water in it, FREEZe it then Use that to roll on the instep of your
foot, while setting in the
chair. Helps relieve some of the discomfort. Soft inserts with gel help
but if it continues maybe
you need inserts made by a foot doc? I have them and they redo the
padding off and on. Arch
support is a must.
I use good tennis shoe, New Balance with a roll bar and that also helps a
lot. Exercise of
stretching is a must and do it a few times a day. There is exercises on
the search engine for
plantar fascitits and they do help.
good luck and walk lightly
sorry but had to make you smile
