Many stores have mini post offices on site where you can do everything but pick up mail. Our local BelAir grocery store runs a satellite post office (outgoing mail only) in their customer service department. You can find them on the post office web site.

I used to be able to do that where I used to live. We had a nursery that had a little post office type thingee in the back of the store. But Bellingham doesn't have anything like that. We also don't have a grocery store that delivers. I wish I had money - I'd open one up! :-))
