Exercise - oh so thrilling - maybe, maybe not!



I know, I know, I have OA and it's "move it or lose it". Doesn't mean
I like it! I do my physio exercises and some yoga and little things
like parking further away so I do more walking. I use my treadmill
and avoid stairs and hills when I can so I don't overdo it etc etc

Still, I have a confession to make.... I'm lazy!!! Yup, I'm a total
couch potato and always have been. I'd rather lounge in front of the
tv all day eating fruit and cookies then go out for a walk. I'd even
rather do housework than move and I'm not thrilled about housework
either ;-)

But.....since I'd like maintain (and maybe even improve) all those
muscles that support my joints, I really don't have much of a choice.
Hmm, maybe I should start using MTV as a reward! Or maybe some chips
and a Godiva or two and.....

Exercise, neccesary but not evil, just blah.
