Can some of you that suffer with this tell me what you go thru with it?
I am getting concerned here. Mine is getting much much worse I guess. I
can't do anything at all now without it messing with it. If I stand up for
5-10 minutes to attempt to do the dishes, I almost pass out from the feeling
of swelling going up into my shoulder blades and neck and from the pain.
It took me awhile to figure out this was what it was coming from. I have DDD
in lower spine. I also have spurring in cervical.
Half the time if I do anything, I get numbness in hands and fingers.
If I try to push with my hand on the fork to cut up something simple, like a
piece of pancake or waffle, etc I get numbness in my hands and fingers, than
a sharp pain that goes up my arm and into my chest. I am sure I am becoming
quite the drama queen these days.
If I bend over I almost pass out.
So I was wondering if you also have these issues with yours? I was wondering
what you do to help with the DDD? What is the outlook for people with DDD?
I know we are not drs and that is not what I am after. I know what I have. I
just don't know what to do with it now that I have it. ;-)
I can't take any aspirin type products because of stomach bleeding so that
lets out a whole lot of help to get the inflammation down.
I guess I am asking just how do you deal with it. How does it affect your
life? How do you cope with it?
I am getting sick and tired of this. I really am.
