manufacturer? i just worry you're being told something inaccurate.

One of the problems of something like this with a fairly limited market is
getting parts. Just the one company worldwide that makes this model and it
they have a problem with a sub-contractor we all have a problem.

It isn't like a battery or a light bulb, where someone somewhere would have
it in stock. No one stocks parts, just the manufacturer.
