Chiefy crossposted to some firefighters groups that he is, in fact, a
retired Fire Chief from a 'Big City Career Fire Department'. I find
his claim to be most likely a lie. He can easily prove it, but he
has chosen not to, which only supports my feelings on the matter.

There can certainly be no one alive with more insecurities than a
person who claims to be something he actually isn't. I can prove my
record as a career firefighter, Chiefy needs to do so himself....
It's up to him, if he really was a proud professional firefighter he
should have nothing to hide. If not, he's a sad, pathetic liar
wannabe... Defending such a person is a gross insult to all the
firefighters who have given their lives in the line of duty,
particularly on 9/11.

Was he ever an actual paid professional firefighter as he's claimed?
I doubt it, and if not he's certainly insulting the actual persons who
were.

It's truly pathetic that someone would lie about such a thing and even
worse that people would come to his defense. If he's telling the
truth my hat goes off to him, if not he's a pile of shit and a
disgrace to the memories of all the true firefighters in the world.
