Tell Jim, you will give him 50.00 to find for you....
Mike doesn't say much, cause I think he has age induced fog...LOL and
between the two of us...well we try to keep the lights on...and the
water..LOL
And keep up with each others stuff....
LOL
Here it is more a matter of keeping the water off.
Did you know you depend on hearing to tell you to turn off faucets (and
hoses)?
Know what can happen if you forget?
It is one of the more charming features of being deaf. If I'd been born
this way, I guess being careful or looking would come naturally, but now it
doesn't.
Charlie catches me on the indoor stuff. And I don't turn on the shower to
warm up and walk away anymore. Had a few close calls filling the bathtub,
but no disasters. I did "overfill" the kitchen sink to where water was
running out between the kitchen wall and the garage. Fortunately I was home
and in the garage and saw it. And there was no permanent damage done.
Sometimes the yard gets soggy.
