been out of the loop

Sorry my fellow ASA ers I have been out of the loops for a bit. My sister
has been going through the cervical cancer thing and I have been her support
and my brother has had a time with his diabetes and heart problem. He is
also being tested for MS. I have been trying to explain to him and his DW
that there is not just one test for MS.
For myself I have been doing pretty good lots of good days back to back
until yesterday..woke up and could barely walk. The pain in my spine and
legs and major joints HURT!!! I just love those days when you feel great! I
had to pay the flare police back for the good days..so here I am.
