Well, it's been 3 weeks today since my surgery. The incision is healing
well, but I can't stand up or walk around too much or the insides start
hurting. From what the nurse told me, they had to do a lot of twisting and
turning me on the operating table in order to reach all of the tumor. So I
have more healing to do.

I will be starting chemotherapy this Friday (4/27) at 8:30 AM. It'll take
about 5 hours for each session, three weeks apart, six sessions - so about
4 1/2 months. I have several hats so I doubt I will go for a wig. However,
I am leaving that option open so have applied to our insurance company for
pre-authorization for my 'cranial prosthesis.' LOL I'll let everyone know
how well I do on the chemotherapy.
