No headache, it starts in both hands and then moves up my body, and I
get tingles in my feet, ankles and knees and sometimes when this
happens I have to sit down if I am standing because it basically makes
me feel like I'm going to fall down. I'm probably going to ask my
doctor when I see her on the 10th what is going on.

I wouldn't wait until the 10th to have a neurologist look at you. Not
to alarm you, but what you're describing sounds a little like Guillain
Barre syndrome, aka Landry's ascending paralysis.
