We had problems with Norton as well and had a devil of a time to uninstall it.
Finally had to get a special programme. However it was for older versions. Jim
did some looking last night, Rose and suggests you try this, it is a Norton page
that tells you how to uninstall their 2004-5-6 versions. Hope it helps.
