A new to me hand exerciser
Was at the physio store today and bought something called a Power Web.
Never hear of it before and it's sort of like a big ring with elastic
stretched through the middle and used for hand exercises. So far it's fun
to use and that alone will encourage me to keep using it.
Here's a picture if my description doesn't make sense. Not affiliated in
any way, just a cool new gadget.
