OTP anti spy ware, ideas?

Anyone direct me to anti spy ware downloads? Freebies of course LOL
I had spy bot and downloaded the new version but I never get any spyware,
then run my ad aware and get 10. I wrote spybot and they replied and I did
what they told me step by step, but zip, no spy ware. Did a free scan on
line and MORE spy ware found. I deleted spy bot.
any ideas of a freebie one? is zap it free?
