from Jo..Prednisone and High blood Sugar

Shoot I thought things were going well...I usually have Hypoglecimia
3.4 - 5.4
Well this is the second night that after my 5 pm dose ( 5mg) my blood
sugar goes up to 12.4 should I be worried???
Any one experience this spike in their blood sugar??
