The Eagles have an overabundance of 12 draft picks and should get rid of at
least 4 of the later round picks if anyone will take them. They can use all
those later round picks to move up in the early rounds or they can trade
them for better picks in 2010.
New Orleans only has 4 picks in rounds: 1, 4, 4, 7. They need more picks,
and might be willing to part with their two 4ths in exchange for four 5ths.
Carolina has only 5 picks, each at the end of rounds 2 through 6. They need
more picks and might be willing to part with their 3rd for a 4th and two
5ths, or their 4th for a 5th and a 6th.
Cleveland has only 5 picks, including 4 good picks, in rounds: 1, 2, 2, 4,
6. They need more picks, and might be willing to move from #36 to #53 for
some extra later picks.
