Feeley has always done well playing for the EAGLES coming in as a backup.
He has been an absolute bust elsewhere, as a starter or as a backup. It was
a flash in the pan.
Didn't he perform admirably when Mcnabb was hurt in the past for a
stretch of a few games? , if so, was that a flash in the pan too?
