Some thoughts about the draft

Under Reid, the Eagles have used their first round pick on offense one
year and defense the next, except the 2002 draft where they acted
completely out of the box. They never have drafted any player who had
any kind of criminal past, so that means no winston justice or gabe
watson. So while I think they will use their first round pick on the
offensive side, I see them trading down because there are no tackles
who are worth the 14th pick. They have to draft a OT in one of the
first 2 rounds. Tra and Runyon are not going to be around much longer
and Herremans's has a limited upside. I don't see him as having the
speed or arm length to be a good left tackle, same with andrews. If
they stay where they are I see them drafting chad jackson. If they
trade down I think they will take marcus Mcneil. in the second round
nick mangold or maurice stovall look like guys they would pick.
